One of the better setting's on the Isle of Oahu. The service and amenities make it one of our favorite places to stay on Oahu. It’s peaceful, and close to everything the city has to offer. Also, wonderful northshore beaches are a close drive away.

I love Marriott. I always stay there if available.

They had too many extras that were pricey, for example the internet service. There was no casual dining.

The hotel is beautiful, location is great not in crowded, noisy Waikiki. A wonderful place to relax.

The JW Marriott Ihilani is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in my life. I've been to many different resorts but so far this is the top of my list. From the first step I took in this hotel, until the last step, it's all a great experience. The staff is very nice and very friendly and they always try to provide you with the best option they have.

The quality of the room is excellent. It's clean, has a lot of space, and the bedding is also comfortable. However, their A/C only reached up to 68 F and that's it. It can’t go lower than that. That's my only problem but other than that, this hotel is a must when you visit Hawaii.

The only issue was our reservation was listed as four nights and it should have been for six nights. I thought it had been corrected at check-in and it was not. I was told again on the morning of the fifth day that it was for four nights. I then had to produce my reservations once again. I then was delayed for 30 minutes until it was straightened out.

This is a beautiful oceanfront resort. It has comfortable rooms, spacious and luxurious bathrooms, the expected amenities, and a friendly, helpful, and competent staff. Valet car service could be improved. They should restore the full menu in the bar.

The location and protected beach were superior for a family salt water beach experience. The extended beach area beyond the Marriott was also developed in the same manner to create an extended comfort zone.

It's a beautiful property. I like the fact that it is not in Waikiki. It feels more like an outer island vacation than an Oahu destination.

The property and location are beautiful. It is peaceful and restful since it is away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but it is still easy to get to Waikiki and Honolulu for museums, dining, bars, etc. The beach was the best I have found on Oahu. The food was good, but the drinks at the bar were just okay. I would definitely go there again.

It's in a wonderful setting with a family-friendly beach. It's a little remote so a car would be a good idea.

JW Marriot Ihilani is beautiful. The staff is great. The food is way too expensive. Go to the marina at the lagoon for a cheap and good breakfast.

The hotel had a wide variety and very luxurious accommodations. The spa services were first class. The activities for families with children were great. We did not have to leave the resort very often unless we wanted to. The resort is quiet and far away enough from Honolulu to feel like you are truly getting away.

It was a wonderful experience. The valet was always quick and very helpful on places to go, the food was great. Everything and everyone was great!
