It was absolutely beautiful. I liked the free shuttle rides, and the people who worked there were really nice and helpful. It was sort of hard to get service because there were so many people so service was as expected. I loved going to the pools. The food was kind of expensive. I will probably go back next time I'm in Arizona. I was a little bored -- maybe they should get a pool table, lounge or something? They have nice musical entertainers, though.

The sheets were white and you could see that they were clean. The hotel was beautiful and had relaxing surroundings. I loved the pool.

It was fabulous, we have been there several times. We plan on returning again in the near future. Guests should take advantage of the Cloud Club Level Room. The poolside restaurants were great.

This hotel was excellent. The concierge desk was there to help with any questions and assisted us in getting reservations at the Camelback Marriot in Phoenix for our last night. It was excellent.

The Star Pass Marriott in Tucson is a very relaxing, comfortable and well-run resort. It is a perfect location for either work or seeing the sights.

I like the valet service. They had my car washed and I didn't know about it until I was ready to leave.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we arrived the front desk had a bottle of wine delivered to our room with glasses. The porter service had ice and everything ready for us when we checked it.

They were not at all accommodating during the check in process, even when they made an error in the original reservation. I had to ask for a manager because the front desk manager didn't seem to really care about the issue.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was such a beautiful facility in such a great location.

I was the meeting planner for a small group. I was not happy with the way the group was handled, but the issue has been resolved with the hotel sales manager.
