Island Inn Hotel Lake Havasu City

I will never stay at this hotel. The furniture is old, The room smelled of urine. I asked for a room that didn't allow pets but they had no idea which ones did or didn't. Poor staff, Poor rooms, Poor everything.

The hotel was clean and close to the lake. We didn't care about the purple bracelets that we had to wear, other than that, had a great time!

We arrived at the hotel in the morning and asked about our room and the clerk just looked up and said "Check-in is at 3 pm" and never looked to check if we had reservations or if the room was ready.

Upon our arrival at 3 pm, the clerk was unable to find our reservation and we waited for 15 minutes for him to discover he had entered our name in reverse (from our on-line reservations).

The next morning we were to receive a wake up call at 5 am and we got the call at 4 am and it was 15 minutes before we realized the error, too late to go back to bed.

The room was fine and we enjoyed the pool, and the view was great. The price was very fair as well. However, after we left, my wife discovered she had left her phone charger in the room and we made several calls but never got the charger back.
