It was a lovely stay at a beautiful facility. I highly recommend it. It's very conveniently located.

The hotel's location was good for my needs and had comfortable rooms. It had slow room service, but with the 30-minute policy, the late delivery was 'comped' as stated. I would stay there again.

Our reservation was not correct but they took care of the problem quickly. The hotel was lovely and everyone was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I felt that there could have been a little more service at check in for an industry which sells service. There was disorganization at the front desk (people cutting into the line and receiving attention before those of us who waited properly), lengthy check in, and confusion about payment. I reserved a room months in advance with a king size bed plus a twin and received a room with two twins. I was informed at check in that there was nothing that could be done about it at the time.

It was a great experience because of the service.

We chose Sheraton because of the location and their reputation.

I received an unexpected room upgrade. Housekeeping was very quick with requests.

I stayed there during hurricane Charley; not a good or fair time to evaluate.

Not enough hotel staff. They didn't fill some of the requests I asked repeatedly for. I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel to anyone.

Facilities were adequate. Conference handled very well. I didn't have a 'please change my sheets nightly' card in my room, which I like. The water had a foul odor and taste, but that's the area. I expected more than an 'average' hotel room when I heard the name.
