This place is a dump! There were ants crawling in and out of the sink, the fridge was not working and was leaking water onto the carpet and there was hair all over the place and it wasn't mine!

It was a very nice place to stay on vacation.

This hotel made me feel practical: They made me feel very well liked as a visitor.

Someone accidentally checked us out of our room on Saturday afternoon while we were at the pool. It took the staff over an hour to get us access to our room again. We were in our bathing suits and it was close to dinnertime. At the restaurant, the food was good but the service was not. I think that was due to the mandatory fifteen percent gratuity added to your check. Also they billed our room charges to my personal credit card instead of our corporate card and put a five-day hold on my personal funds. I attend a convention there every year and the hotel is very nice, but this year the service was terrible.

It was very easy to get to and had very attractive surroundings. It seemed to be a fairly new facility.

This hotel is a nice place to stay with good overall quality and services.

We stayed in the nice new part of the resort which was really nice. It had large rooms, large bathrooms, and a large living area. I would advise trying to get one of the rooms in the new section.

Everything went very well, the service and accommodations were great and the staff was above average.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: On arrival everything was ready for us, we did not have to wait. From the check in to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and there to assist us.

It was very close to all the attractions, and the staff was very friendly. What I didn't like was that the room the we had through the time share place (Fairfield) didn't seem as well maintained as the main part of the hotel.

The location is good, very close to restaurants. It had three very nice pools and the grounds were very well maintained.

The overall property is below average, especially for the price paid.

I think it was in a very good location because it was right on International Drive. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. There were many knowledgeable staff members who helped us out on how to get to places.

It was overpriced, in need of remodeling, the pool and hot tub facilities were very limited (indoors), and the resort was too spread out. I won't stay there again as there are much better alternatives in Orlando. The low government rate wasn't offered through the conference booking - I had to ask for it at the desk.

The staff was not very helpful during check in. The maid service was bad, but room service was good.

The room was a letdown. I have stayed in other Sheratons and they were much nicer. This hotel had obviously been upgraded from a motel and was kind of tacky. The conference facilities were very spread out. I also had trouble with electronic locks in the room.

The room was generally okay, but there was a dirty, greasy rag on the counter and hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the tub.

It was a nice hotel that served our purposes for our trip.

The staff is incredible. They really make you feel special. The layout of the hotel and its convenient location are great assets. My only regret is that Terry Carroll is no longer in the lounge.
