The Willard cannot be beat for a great location and historic ambience. It has the combination of the best of modern luxury and a sense of history. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were lovely. ...

Mediocre
I thought I was staying in a five star hotel only to find the Main Lobby full of dust. My jacket was ruined by polish left on the rail. In the resturant, the bottom of the table was dusty. I don't know but it seems their employees never learned to...

I was disappointed at the Willard Hotel. The room was small, the sink had a crack and the service was not great. Also, the restaurant (which is why I decided to go to DC)was closed for the month...
26 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It is difficult to explain how beautiful this place really is. The interior is a mixture of classic British and eastern European style, just like a castle. It has everything - a restaurant, a bar, a pool, all perfect. It is a real high end hotel, not a single dollar spent there can be regretted.
