The only good thing about this hotel is the location but you pay for that. For the proice it should at least include a breakfast and parking plus they don't tell you anything and are not very helpful.

pros: Room was nice and comfortableMy friend and I went to Cleveland for one night for a concert. We were really tired when we got back, due to traffic and hours standing up and dancing, so we tried to order room service when we got back to our room....

I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel group. The service was excellent in all areas, especially transportation. I liked the cleanliness and the polite, friendly people. They had good security measures. The only thing that could be improved would be the prices in the hotels cafeteria, they were too high.
The workers were of all different ages, which I thought was great. Each with different and distinct personalities.
I am very likely
to return to the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It's a super nice hotel however there was no free breakfast and I didn't know about the $150 smoking fine until it was too late. But the room was great. Just make sure you get on that sidewalk if you need a smoke.

Good
The price was low and the quality of the rooms were exceptional. The gym was not up to date with machines or weights. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was very overpriced.
