The location, the comfort and the service were good. The location adjoining Cleveland Clinic was excellent. The food in the restaurant was below standard and the service was slow.

It was very convenient to the Cleveland Clinic, right across the street, with enough staff to get you in and out quickly. While the on site restaurant may be a bit pricey, it is still a good value. We do not consider staying and eating anywhere else when there.
They have lush pillows and there is a luxurious feeling all the way around.

Mediocre
The only good thing about this hotel is the location but you pay for that. For the proice it should at least include a breakfast and parking plus they don't tell you anything and are not very helpful.
