The staff was cordial when we arrived from the airport. Check in was quick and painless. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. I loved the shower and seperate tub in the rooms too.

Not cheap - but you get what you pay for. The club floor rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The suites on the 16th floor are impressive due to their old world charm and high ceilings.
excellent staff, really friendly, good location near to shop, markets, restaurants and MRT. You won't regret staying here the hotel is very clean and great facilities.
Most romantic suite I've stayed in. However, we had to pay extra because they messed up our reservations. The hotel should have taken care of the extra costs.

very very comfortable though the price's quite steep. very lovely bathroom equipped with almost all the toilettries u'll need.... plus with a big trendy shopping centre directly below it... gd for...
