Very nice beach in Puerto Vallarta, you can see whales just from there, is close to downtown, where all major shops with artcrafts. Hotel is is quiet, and very romantic, room had a fantastic view to the ocean, and staff very friendly. Perfect place

In over 25 trips to Mexico this was the worst experience we ever had. They embarrassed us in front of our realtor saying he could not go to our room. Raised there voices at me in front of other guests. Half the services did not work. Internet was...

Okay
I stay in a lot of Intercontinental hotels and because of this always get up-graded to a suite and have free mini bar drinks. I stayed here last month 10/2008 and booked on-line with a $* per night rate. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it....

We stayed here in 2003, and enjoyed it. The rooms are fabulous. We had our own spa tub. The veiw is wonderful and we enjoyed the spacious private balcony. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The private beach is one of the best assets...
