It’s a good location and a well-kept hotel. It has an extremely high parking rate.

I am very likely to return to the InterContinental New Orleans.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I found my stay to be very satisfactory. The accommodations were attractive and pleasing. The service was courteous and effective. For the cost, I have high expectations of being entirely satisfied, and I was!

Well, frankly it is New Orleans. Some call it the Big Easy, but as a business traveler I call it the Big Lazy. You just have to slow down. The service is slower, the staff isn't particularly interested and the hotel is only in fair condition. Sorry, but I stay in hotels forty nights a year and Louisiana is not on my list for hotel quality.

I am very likely to return to the InterContinental New Orleans.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel was perfectly located and the staff was amazingly nice and friendly. The rooms were comfortable, but more food options would have been great.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were always available to assist with whatever was needed.

I was incredibly impressed with the staff, although there were still some rough spots. My only problem was that one of my bags took an hour to be found when I check it prior to my room being available. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. When I arrived before my room was ready, they steered me to a local restaurant for lunch and kept me in touch by cell phone until my room was ready.

I am very likely to return to the InterContinental New Orleans.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is a lovely hotel, but the location is somewhat away from attractions and the parking fee is astronomical.

I think they did a great job for the conference and for our stay. The rooms were beautiful. I also know they were working on a fifty percent staff and I did not notice any lag in service.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were thanked many times over for visiting New Orleans.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly at this luxury hotel. The concierge was helpful in helping us plan our activities around the city and the location of the hotel put us within walking distance of Bourbon Street. The rooms were fairly large and featured a mini-bar along with an okay view of the city. I really liked how the bathroom was set up with separate shower/toilet and vanity area. We had a lovely time in the heated pool on the roof.

I am not sure what has happened to the hotel after Katrina, but next time we travel to New Orleans we will look into staying at the Intercontinental Hotel again.

I am very likely to return to the InterContinental New Orleans.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
