InterContinental New Orleans Hotel - Page 1

It was a nice hotel. It was well run and at a good price. I would advise anyone to stay there. The service was great.

This hotel made me feel content: The room was wonderful.

When I stay at any of the Intercontinental hotels, my expectations are very high and they always meet or exceed my expectations. In spite of what has happened in New Orleans in the last two years, once inside the Intercontinental hotel you would not know that anything has happened.

This hotel made me feel secure: They have extra people at the front door of the hotel and the elevators are in direct view of the front desk so they have full view of who is going up to the rooms.

I was happy that the first three floors had internet access but disappointed that I had to pay for service in my room. Also one of the outlets in my room was not working.

The pool was empty, under maintenance and nothing was said when making reservation. The staff was excellent and the room was nice. It was a great location for New Orleans.

This hotel made me feel secure: The security staff was visible upon arrival and each time I entered and left the building they were visible. The locks on the doors felt sturdy as did the doors.
