22 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was a beauty to look at. Rooms were big and so nice. But the thing that ruins it all are the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and inconciderate. We paid for a room that over looked the Golden Gate Bridge, the room they took us to faced the opposite direction. They seemed stupified wondering why we complained for getting a cheeper room while paying a higher price for a better room. No one there was helpful. This is the worst expierence we've ever had on a hotel stay. We spent no nights thier, walked out, payed nothing.
I am not likely to return to the InterContinental Mark Hopkins. I would not recommend it to friends.
