The rooms are comfortable and clean. although some are on the small side. The hotel restaurant serves a a small selection of food and an average breakfast but there are numerous other places to eat out nearby. The hotel opened a new spa in 2004 and this is a luxurious place to enjoy a treatment in a relaxing setting. There is also a well equipped fitness center. The staff here are friendly and efficient.

Excellent
We really enjoyed having a balcony with patio furniture. The hotel was nicely decorated, and very clean. The only negative is the VERY EXPENSIVE valet parking. This hotel does not have a parking garage, so basically you are stuck.
I especially enjoyed the food while I was there. I didn't have time between meetings to go out and their service was right on par. I also found http://www.intercontinentallosangeles.com/ helpful before my trip.

My room was clean for the most part, though there was some dust in hard to see places (baseboards, etc.). Parking is expensive (as mentioned) but the Wi-Fi is over $10/day (too much for me). The location is great if you have a car. Easy access to...

Large clean room with a balcony.I don't like to pay for parking if I'm staying at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay mainly because of the balcony. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. Everyone that works there was friendly and always helpful.

The atmosphere and the vibe.Only that it was far from Hollywood. It was an amazing hotel. The staff was great, anything you need, they make it happen! We stayed at their standard room but it was still great and the bathrooms are fantastic.

Staff was great.Food and Beverage was priced extremely high. Great service, clean, comfortable and nice size rooms. I would still recommend to my associates.
