Pleasant, helpful, efficient staff. Great location - near multiple Tube lines and major attractions. Clean, quiet, nicely appointed room. Comfortable bed.
Unable to use the high speed internet as it was not connected and the connection point was in a locked cupboard. Had to resort to dial up and was charged $1.06 per minute to a low cost 0845 number.
If you want to have a relaxing weekend in sheer luxury, this is the place to go!! The rooms are superb, the service superlative and the food delicious. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful.
