This is a first class conference center and hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me well. They went out of the way to help. The staff always greeted me.

I am very likely to return to the InterContinental Cleveland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The reservation person was curt. Other personnel did not seem to take much interest in my stay. The rooms were very nice and clean.

This hotel made me feel secure: The security was very tight. I felt that if anything happened there would be someone right there.

I am very likely to return to the InterContinental Cleveland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is okay. Parking is only available via valet. There are no restaurants or shopping you can walk to from the hotel.
