50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The hotel has a good location, it is clean, friendly and it has a good room rate as compared to other area rates.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They were eager to accommodate me with the reservation and I liked the comfortable bedding.

I am very likely to return to the InterContinental Century City Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

31 year old female with a moderate budget

We booked this hotel for my husband's recuperation following eye surgery in Beverly Hills. It was the perfect blend of comfort and class.

Our room was not large, but it was well-appointed and had a nice balcony. The furnishings looked new and are in the modern taste. Our room had a little treats bar stocked with candy, chips, nuts, and expensive (but good - Fiji) bottled water. There was also a mini-bar and a free safe. The room was very clean and the bed was pillowy on top, but firm.

Our room boasted a large flat screen television and an iPod player/clock radio. The bathroom was a good size and full of granite. We ordered room service once and it was very fast, very expensive, but also very good. Downstairs, there is an open lounge with a bar (I bought a $9 amaretto sour there), a Starbucks, and a small sundries shop. Unfortunately, the shop never seemed to be open.

The only bad thing is that the hotel's landscaping/exterior was being remodeled. We didn't hear any noise though. Parking is very expensive and you pay for re-entry. We opted to Valet.

The hotel met all expectations of a high end and high quality hotel. I was pleased with the friendly, helpful, responsive staff.

I am somewhat likely to return to the InterContinental Century City Hotel.

I did not get the type of room I had booked, in spite of calling up and confirming in advance. I was met with a strict "you will need to wait". The front desk gives a feeling that they are not happy about servicing a commoner.

Be ready to pay extra, $31 for valet parking (or $20 per entry) and $10 per day internet charges.
