Check in was a bit crazy. It took our bags 3 plus hours to get delivered to the room. Stayed on the Club level, the personnel were lackluster, not very accommodating. Our friends also stayed on...

i love this Hotel. Best ever. i live in maryland and whenever i fly to atlanta i stay in this luxurious hotel. celebrity spot so have your cameras ready. one night i met Jermaine Oneal, Carlos Santana's band and T-low of Next. no lie. very classy...

The service was wonderful the staff makes sure they anticipate needs of the guest every request i made was handled in a fast courteous manner food in the resturant was excellent,the doorman,bellman,front desk staff are all five star absoulutley...
