Arrived on a Friday night to a house full of dead flies, terrible mildew odor in the living and bedroom areas, and a family of lady bugs in the dining area. I contacted housekeeping and they acted very surprised. Later, I was told they had to bomb the house that week. We had to vacuum the entire house. I took the sheets off of the beds that we were not using to cover the furniture. Several calls were made to housekeeping ........to no avail. When I spoke to the managers on staff they were not the least bit interested in trying to help us. When I asked to speak to the owner they would not allow it and hung up on me several times. This happened again when I returned home and tried again to speak to the owner. Very overpriced and not a healthy environment for my family and very poor management.
