47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We booked this place for my in-laws, and they were so appaled by it's apperance that they cancelled the reservation & stayed somewhere else. They told me that the employee there was very nice, but that he would not cancel the reservation personally and gave them a number to call. They called the number and had to leave a message. I knew nothing of this until I spoke with them a week later. I do not have a credit or a refund issued at this time either. Obviously I'm not very happy.
