Condemned by the Niagara Falls City Fire Marshall since an alleged fire on 6/14/08. This filthy, dilapidated hotel had been bankrupt and in receivership for the past 4 years. It will never reopen.
This filthy, roach-infested, crumbling fire trap has had several names in the past 10 years. It WAS owned by a shady local businessman who finally just walked away and let it go into forclosure.

It was filthy, air conditioning was broken, bathrooms were disgusting. I'd rather sleep in my car. Don't stay here no matter what. Staff would not even switch our filthy room with broken air conditioning to another one! And it was soooo...

we liked all of it-everything about our stay was comfortable-enjoyable-food was good-beds were comfortable-room was clean-pool was refreshing service was friendly -- will come back again for another weekend...
I too stayed while that Hockey team was staying,If your looking for sleep after a long day don't bother cause your not going to get any sleep here. They allowed the kids to run up and down the halls and stairways till 12am,the kids were playing...
We went on the Thanksgiving weekend and there was a hockey tournament and they were also staying there. The teams were all very unruly and they were very noisy playing ball hockey till 11 at night and running through the halls at night. Running...
