Rooms are large and very well decorated. The decor was fantastic, like nothing I've ever seen even in very expensive hotels. The pictures here do not do the rooms justice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean with built in closets and dressers, even a built in cabinet for the ironing board and iron! Of course they have internet, microwave, and fridge in every room. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definately stay at Inn on the Green!

I booked a room for me and my husband for 2 nights for the boat festivel in tavares first of all the front desk person was just RUDE and had no personailty we got to our room it was so outdated looks nothing like there brouchers was smelly like mold very dirty ripped blankets stained towles filthy bathroom had piss on the floor I am sorry but I just could not stay went to complain and nothing was done about other than I will have to speak to the owner in the morning so I just left and called the owner the next day and she was so rude and could hardly speak good english very hard to understand her so she did offer to give us half the money back well need less to say I will never stay again

I booked a room for a weekly rate of 72/night for 2 personas. I arrived, paid the bill, and then had all kinds of problems with the room. The locks didn't work most of the week and the air conditioner barely worked and made so much noise it kept you awake at night. When I arrived home and checked my credit card they had billed me an additional 25/night as an extra unauthorized charge!! I called to question this and was treated as a liar and told the rate was supposed to be 95/night. There is a Best Western just down the road I would have stayed at for that price! I suggest if you stay here you get everything emailed in WRITING before you arrive so they can't screw you like they did to me!

My husband & I were in town because his Father was at the Doctor's hospital. We needed somewhere close to stay & found the perfect place at Inn on the Green!! It was so nice, cozy, & comfortable!...Home away from home really! The staff was SUPER NICE & very friendly! The rooms were very spacious & had all the ammenities we needed, including high speed internet, which was a plus! We will definitely stay there again, if we are ever in the area! The price was also very reasonable, & when the staff found out we were there due to my Father in law being in the hospital, she gave us a discount rate. Very nice folks...highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting friends. We loved the atmosphere and location. Staff is wonderful and very accomodating. Owners are working very hard to renovate and upgrade this lovely old place. The rooms are very large and quiet especially on the back side. Yard is great for animals. Very convenient location to anything needed in town. Will definitely return.

Inn On Ohe Green (Lake County-Central Florida), is an independent Motel which has character & charm. We walked in the lobby without reservations, knowledge of rates, amenities, reputation, etc. The front desk staff was friendly, cheerful & happy to please from the moment we walked in the door. They made us feel welcome & although this was our first time there, treated us like they'd known us for years. Rates were reasonable, rooms were larger than the average hotel & our stay was pleasant. We look forward to our next visit to the area & will definitely stay at the Inn On The Green again.

We asked at the Vistor Center near by & they referred us to Inn On The Green. We called ahead and reserved a non-refundable reservation.

Our 1 night stay was a poor experience. Besides being dirty, the room furnishings were dirty & worn out. The bed linens were paper thin & the blanket was soiled and had holes in it. The mattress was disgustingly stained & dirty. We could not get out of there fast enough. Neadless to say I would never return. I am quite certain you will not show my comments.

Beautiful location and a well maintained hotel with all that is needed for a memorable stay.The landscapes and the lake view were really marvelous.The amenities were worthy and also the hospitality was great.The service was skilled and professional.Real value for the price and suitable for all types of travelers.

We had a water leak at our home & went to Inn On the Green. As we had to stay for 2 weeks they also gave us a special rate. Staff was great & location is very beautiful. We enjoyed their clean pool.

I liked the hotel location. The staff is courteous. They offered personalized and warm service.

I felt truly cared for and special.

The owner of the hotel was available to provide whatever I needed.
