The first time we stayed there they gave us the wrong room. They apologized and said they would give us a voucher so we could stay there with the right room. We agreed to it but it took them 6 weeks to get the voucher to us after several phone calls. We reserved the room for second time and they said it would be available. We drive there and once we arrive we are given a very small room with nothing we were promised. After complaining we found out the room we were suppose to get had a key broke off in the lock and they were sorry but they couldn't do anymore for us. The staff was very helpful but the owner thought it was acceptable to give us the wrong room twice. We left there after that and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. The experience there was much more pleasant.
The rooms we were put in looked nothing like the pictures even when we paid the high dollar for the Queen executive suite the first time.
