The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is right on the water. It is in the the middle of Destin which made it convience for going to local attractions. I enjoy the free wine on Wednesday night.

My wife and I enjoyed the view from our balcony of the water and the friendly staff. The free breakfast overlooking the harbor was delicious. We'll be back in the fall to going fishing in the October Fest.

the hotel was nice, except that my toilet was full of someone else's poop when we walked in the room.... i asked for room service and was told that they only change sheets every three days.... i asked for room service again and only recieved towels and two bars of soap...did not make the beds, change the garbage, or clean the shower.... it made for a very dissappointing stay for me and my children....it's really bad when you work hard and you want to take a break to spend time with your children and you get this kind of service. just not what i expected for a room that was "over" one-hundred dollars a night. oh yeah, it took us about 4 1/2 to 5 hours to get there. i love destin beach, but i couldn't wait to get back home. horrible :(

Good
We loved the location. They overbooked the water view, but re arranged and put us in one.“The location was good for us. If you want true beach front, it would not be. We wanted the harbor atmosphere and to see the boats and to be able to walk to the...
This place is o.k. to stay in while you find something nicer. Room was all to pieces. Towel bar/rack torn off the wall, carpet was nasty. Sliding door to balcony would barely open and then would come off the track. They have a beach area but I think ...
I loved everything. The service was great, all smiling faces. Great location can walk to all the great restaurants and bars or just relax by the pool or beach.

It was noisy and had a musty A/C, and a dirty carpet. The second floor was more like cellar. The coffee pot was cracked and had to be plugged into little bathroom sink area.
The hallways were very musty. It should have been $29.00 a night, not $129.00. its not within walking distance of all restaurants as stated. The driveway was difficult to get in and out of onto Harbor Blvd. I was told it was newly renovated, not true on unit 110. They ruined our time, we left for home the next day.

Okay
Had to pay $20 extra for a bayside view, which was beautiful.“In general the hotel was close to the marina where our fishing trip launched from. The hotel was clean, but very old. For the price I had to pay you would have thought it was July 4th...
