I liked the location. I did not like inflated price because of a major convention in town at the time. I could have booked the same room a week later for half the price.

The location was excellent and the employees were extremely friendly. The only complaint that I had about my stay was that there was no refrigerator in the room. Make sure that you bring a cooler if you want to keep any drinks cold in this hotel.

I liked the good location and the hotel was much more comfortable than expected. Restaurants and shopping areas were available near by.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was easy to relax and have a good night's rest.

I liked the location - it was fabulous! But I didn't like the smell of smoke when I entered the room. It lingered for a few days too.

The location was fabulous and close to everything we wanted to visit. The beds weren't really that comfortable and the lighting was dim. There was a crew jack hammering right outside of our hotel at 8:00 AM on Saturday.

The BW is located right in the middle of downtown Chicago. There is a free parking lot -- really, free! The rooms are fine and the staff is really accommodating.

The hotel was fine and in a good location. The door/bellhop service was superb and they allowed me to easily leave my luggage prior to and after checking out (yet still visiting Chicago). Unfortunately, the experience was tainted by confusion over the rooms. We had requested a suite, yet when we checked in, they gave us only one key to one room. We had to return several times to the front desk to get it straightened out and the person was not very pleasant or accommodating.

The location was excellent to all tourist attractions. I had a small room, small bath, lots of towels, and no refrigerator. I was very satisfied with my stay.

This hotel's location is excellent for doing Chicago things - you never need to move your car.

They should have a better hotel bar, and upgrade complimentary breakfast.

The experience was satisfactory on all counts. I got stuck in an elevator (not the hotel's fault), but was rescued promptly.

It was a very typical Best Western; nothing special or fancy. But there was certainly nothing unpleasant.

My experience has always been a pleasant one and even memorable at times.

This hotel is a great location for everything to do in Chicago.

I have stayed here 3 times, winter and summer. New years twice.

There is a great parking garage accross the street. Everything you need is next to the hotel. Everything you WANT is a little farther.

You can walk most places from this location. The hotel is a bit old, but rooms and stuff are updated.

This hotel made me feel practical: We got a great room price for our location.
