This 3 star hotel was a pleasant surprise with the flat screen TV, clean new looking carpeting and furniture, comfortable bed, granite counter tops in the bathroom, windows you could open at night for outside ventilation, and convenient location far enough off from the hustle and bustle of Cerrillos Road to feel semi secluded. The well appointed breakfast room and excellent complimentary breakfast were added bonuses. The desk clerks were helpful for any questions we had. This is a hotel that values it's customers.

Horrible
My room was no cleaned at all, our other room the sheets were dirty, not changed at all. We were checked out of our rooms even though booked for 5 nights, keys deactivated 5 times per day! Very poor service.
