Inn at Mayo Clinic

The experience was wonderful. One of the better hotels I've ever checked into. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms was immaculately clean. The laundry facility was very clean. The computer actually worked. The only problem I encountered was that there was no shuttle bus to and from the airport. I hope they correct that problem very soon. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The pullout couch was uncomfortable. There were no good reading lights in the bedroom. There was no microwave in what had been described as a kitchenette. The refrigerator froze everything. The staff was friendly.

The in-room computer connections were not working on the last two stays there. I was extremely disappointed.

It was a very pleasant stay for my third time. I will always try to use this facility.

Overall, we gave it a 15+ out of 10. It was a very positive experience. The staff should be highly commended.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff knew that we were there for medical treatment and treated us as if it were the last days on earth. Their attitude was that we had enough to worry about, so they treated us very well.
