75 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Of all the places my wife and I have skied, the inn at lost creek is our favorite by far.
There are so many reasons for this. It is almost impossible to list them all. It certainly starts with the location. Telluride is beautiful and the views from the inn are spectacular. The location is truly ski in, ski out. You walk out the front door of the inn, the ski valet puts your skis on the snow with your poles next to them, and off you go. Skiing back is just as easy.
The accommodations are kept up to date and are first class in every way. The units have modern full size kitchens or kitchenettes. (Your choice.) They even have flat panel LCD TVs in the units.
But what makes the inn so outstanding is the staff. It almost doesnt matter what you ask for. They will do everything they can to make it happen. And they do it with a smile! Many of them have become our friends. They even ski with us.
We know there are many fine places to ski, but this is the only place for us. We've been coming back for seven years and we have already made arrangements for next year. The inn is simply great!
