The hotel accommodations were not what I booked, nor is the visual example of their rooms accurate.
The room was small, furniture scratched, bathroom, tub backed -up needed service, vent in bathroom not working, door in bathroom broken and chipped at the bottom, shower curtain one big wrinkle. The desk did not respond to my concerns pertaining to the room I booked versus the room I received, had a copy of their web page and asked to see an
example of the room that offered what I wanted and did not get.
The response was all those rooms are booked and I can not show you any. I would not want to have anyone else experience this on vacation of business and when I asked to speak to the manager, a response was not available. I have talked to my travel agent about this unnecessary problem and have also sent a written response to the agency pertaining to the overall poor conditions and my disappointment. I will never stay at this hotel again, too may good hotels out there that will service the public appropriately. It was a very poor experience, their staff needs a course on how to deal with their customer, the public. This is lacking.
