Inn at Harvard

The hotel, and the rooms themselves, have a lot of flash but little core value.

The service is poor. Everything is about money, even after charging >$200/night !! They charge for everything else including 800 # calls, newspapers, etc. It is terrible. The concierge only knows the name of the hotel restaurant.

If you have to be close to Harvard, the location is good. But there are better hotels that are just as convenient as this one.

I loved it, it was across the street from my client and it had great beds.

It's in a great location, has clean, and well appointed rooms. It's a good value in this area. But their service poor, rude, and management is unconcerned.
