70 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location is great. Short walk to Pike Market and good restaurants. We have always enjoyed staying here and seem to return at least once a year. I don't like Bed and Breakfast's or Inn's because they are usually too small for me and I want room to move around. My wife always books the larger rooms and they are very nice. The food is okay and the service has always been friendly. We take advantage of last minute deals when available. We have never had a problem with this hotel and in fact, we will be staying again next month. Give it a try.

This is a great location, nice big, clean, comfortable room with fireplace, view of garden courtyard, delicious and extensive complimentary breakfast, cookies and friendly staff.
Inn was in the middle of everything.

Excellent
Inn was in the middle of everything. We walked to the Stadiums, Pike Market and Pioneer Square. Because it was first street we did not have to walk up the Seattle hills. Rooms were spacious and clean with a good breakfast provided daily.

This hotel was a great find. Location could not be better for walking to everything downtown! Staff was helpful and a joy to talk to, Room was wonderful, clean and like home. A/C could be improved, but best just to open french doors at night to the...
