35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I've been to the Inn at Chester Springs a few times now and it has gone from bad to worse.
The first time I went was for an Easter brunch. The plates had old food on it and the utensils were dirty. I was embarrassed to have even taken my family to this place.
Another time I went for a company meeting and I stepped out to go to the restroom. I overheard, what I assume was a manager, talking down to an employee.
Unfortunately my company does have meetings at this hotel and I have to go back. I am going to see about having them change.

I stayed at the Inn during the Christmas season 2006. One lamp in room was non-functioning. Bathroom needed some upgrading. After numerous calls to room service and receiving a prerecorded message that kitchen was busy, visited the front desk and found out that the kitchen was closed!! Front desk seemed confused when I suggested changing the recording. Fire extinguisher incident left kitchen partially closed the following day.

Nicely decorated bedrooms. Good location. Staff enthusiastic. Buildings old and constructed poorly with apparently little wall insulation. So noise from traffic, hallway, plumbing clearly heard.

The staff were the best. They were especially accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. The towels were thin, small and cheap. The fitness room was very limited and the treadmill would stop. I rate the staff as five star. The...

Large room, nice grounds with outdoor pool.Faces busy divided highway -- tricky to get in and out. Nice hotel with ongoing remodelling. Cater to large groups on weekends and a bit noisy. Awful coffee machine but very nice toiletries and great shower....
