I stayed at InTown for 7 weeks in Valdosta Ga and the service and staff were excellent. I will be returning in a couple weeks to finish my courses I am taking. Bonnie was wonderful and I can't wait to see her again.

Rude Manager who suffers from CRS (can't remember _ _ _ _) window busted out in middle of night and someone crawled in and threated me looking for someone else. I was left with a room that was being boarded up at 2AM and told I would now be safe. Had to go fine another room in middle of night. Refused refund of week in advance that had been paid. Before that incident A/C not working. Hurricane Dolly had forced me to San Antonio. The female manager was the rudes, tackiest, most unprofessional person I have ever meet. The courtesy patrol and the manager made it a point to know the guests and to kick out the ones that were 'bad.'
