It seems like they are for local people to stay or live there. Like they are staying in an apartment.

They should supply correct amount of dishes and towels with how many people are staying in the room. They should also clean daily. Toilet paper should be provided. The customer should not have to go out and buy toilet paper.

Security always makes rounds and great to the customers. They were very friendly.
