We stayed there for our Honeymoon night. This was a very loud hotel. Security didn't seem to be around. People screaming and fighting in the next room. The floors smell like musty old carpet. The service in the restaurant was of poor quality and very rude waitress. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want a nice memory.

We got a very low rate on hotwire.com for this hotel. (You don't know what hotel it is until you buy the room). I was rated a three star hotel and customer's favorite. I would rate it a two star. Indoor hallways. Felt safe. The room was clean but dated. The overnight desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. We loved the Panera Bread across the street. Great location if you're coming for the revival :D It's about ten minutes to the Lakeland Center but about 15-20 minutes to Ignited Church.

I didn't get to stay here... had relatives from out of town and tried to reserve a couple of rooms... they would not do business with me because I live in Lakeland. LaQuinta Inn was more than glad to take my money. Stay away from this Imperial Swan, they are unfriendly and so unlike the rest of us in Lakeland.

The staff are always friendly, the rooms spacious and clean. Somethimes small things don't work and they get them fixed. I've always been given a good price because I go a lot. My kids love it and it's on the South Florida artery so...
