Imperial Swan Hotel and Suite

We got a very low rate on hotwire.com for this hotel. (You don't know what hotel it is until you buy the room). I was rated a three star hotel and customer's favorite. I would rate it a two star. Indoor hallways. Felt safe. The room was clean but dated. The overnight desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. We loved the Panera Bread across the street. Great location if you're coming for the revival :D It's about ten minutes to the Lakeland Center but about 15-20 minutes to Ignited Church.

I didn't get to stay here... had relatives from out of town and tried to reserve a couple of rooms... they would not do business with me because I live in Lakeland. LaQuinta Inn was more than glad to take my money. Stay away from this Imperial Swan, they are unfriendly and so unlike the rest of us in Lakeland.

I would not go back to this place again, even if it were free. The rooms were not clean and the bath area had leftover trash from a prior guest. They promised me an early check in on the phone and did not provide one. They have an untrained staff as well.
