Old, dark and dirty. Reeks of smoke, stains everywhere. Food is absolutely horrible. Will never stay there again!

Smelled something burning. Had to sleep with the sliding glass door open.

Employees at desk refused to change my room or release me to go to another hotel. Came home with lung problem. Dirty place Needs wrecking ball

I am not likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed our stay but would not choose to stay in this hotel again. Not that anything was wrong with it, we would choose a different hotel for variety.

I am not likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.

It's in a great location right in the center of the Strip. The rooms are decently priced, but you can tell the hotel is very old.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.

It’s the best location at the best prices. It is easy to navigate through the casino. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends.

This hotel made me feel practical: I feel sensible there because it is a good location with good prices. The food is reasonably priced. The monorail is out back and easy to get a ride to other properties

I am very likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was wonderful. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel secure: It just felt very safe. When you are staying in a hotel in Las Vegas many hotels don't make an effort to have enough staff and just have that over crowded uncaring feel. At Imperial Palace it felt small enough to feel safe.

I am very likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is in the middle of the Strip located next to many other casinos and activities. It’s reasonably priced and what you expect for what you pay.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent. We liked it because it’s not gigantic. We don't feel lost in it, as we do in other hotels and casinos. Everything is easily located. They have a very friendly and efficient staff. I loved their dealer players and the poker tables. Our only complaint would be the slow elevators.

This hotel made me feel content: We felt it provided all that we came to Las Vegas for. The dealer players at the tables were great and very helpful with novice players. My husband liked their poker tables. We needed a refrigerator in our room for my husband’s medications. The service staff answered questions and helped us. They were great.

I am very likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I thought it was old and out of date compared to the other hotels in Las Vegas. We only stayed there because of a wedding, otherwise we would never have chosen that hotel.

I have stayed with them for the past five plus years, twice a year. I usually receive two or three nights comped and a discounted rate for the additional nights. The rates are very reasonable and I like the location on the Strip. The rooms are comfortable enough and generally clean and quiet. The restaurants have always been very good.

I am very likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

My husband and I stayed there about 9 years ago and the hotel was just average but the comps were great. We only had to pay for one meal our entire stay. In fact, at the end of our visit we were using buffet tickets for just coffee. Our latest stay the hotel was noticably worn and waking up one morning the hall on our floor smelled like vomit. The base of the toilet was spotted with feces and made me sick. The sheets on one of the beds had dirt granules on them. They were very tight with comps this time and the drinks while gambling werent so easy to come by. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra on your hotel. For pete's sake this is your vacation not an incarceration.

Good location in the middle of the strip. It took over an hour to check in after midnight! If you have the unfortunate circumstance as I did of being booked here by a company travel agent: Do not let them put you in the East Tower where the small dingy rooms have stained tubs and space under the door for bugs to come in (one of my fellow travelers woke up with several bug bites on her feet). It felt like a a combination of camping out and living under a bridge. The rooms we were moved to the next day were adequate, but the state of their elevators was not. DO NOT eat the buffet! Go next door to Harrah's where the food is much, much better quality and greater selection. The staff were friendly but it took 2 phone calls and 1 hour to get an iron brought to my room. The "DealerTainers" aren't that much to get excited about. I didn't use the pool or gym. I HAD planned to use the spa but decided that I was too uneasy about the health and cleanliness of their facilities.

My daughter and I have stayed at the Imperial Palace for four years running. We love the informal friendliness and have always felt extremely comfortable whenever we are there. The location is amazing and the price in comparison to the hotels surrounding it is incredible value for money. The staff have always been helpful and welcoming and I have never felt like just another anonymous guest. We first stayed there because that was all we could afford, we could now afford something more modern and luxurious but we choose to stay at the Imperial Palace because we feel safe and comfortable. I dread the day when they decide to demolish it because we have had some of the happiest times of our lives there and each time I leave I leave another piece of my heart there.

May 21-28, 2007 stay. Hotel needs more renovations. Recent reviews said renovation 2006, guess they haven't made it to 8th floor. The rooms were clean, which went against some reviews, but elevators are a long wait. the water lines (hot vs cold) were reversed and got a mild burn. Entry light switch didnt work. Desk light could only be turned on and off by unplugging it at the wall, and they charge a $1.00 a day if you use the phone or not. Very noisy till 3am with their "club" music that the bass went thru the entire hotel. On the bright side, it is in the middle of the strip, so great location wise.
