It took three calls to get the reservation done. I ended up calling VIP services where the gentleman was very apologetic about their problem and said he would try to cure it. The on site personnel were very nice. The room was clean and bright. If you are looking for a clean friendly property with a homey feel, this is the place.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff was friendly. Sort of a homey feel, the larger properties tend to make me feel like I'm just a number in their system.

I am very likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It’s in a great location. They offer very good reasonable accommodations.

This hotel made me feel practical: The price for food and beverages were less than other hotels in the area.

I am very likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.

It’s right on the strip, it’s in a perfect location. It’s clean, quiet, has nice rooms and a great staff. The price is right and all I can say is location, location, location. Anywhere else on the strip the price is fifty or more dollars more a night and the Imperial Palace is the best place to stay on the strip if you want something simple.

Located across Caesars, the location is almost top notch. I stayed in the standard room, so perhaps more luxurious room might be better (then again, if you are looking for luxury, you probably should go elsewhere).

Despite the suggested Asian theme outside, the room is downright standard. Perhaps even below average. The hallway and the elevator are almost college dorm/hostel like. If you are arriving on Friday or Saturday, expect a huge check in line. I guess that is to be expected considering the price and location.

I am not likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would not recommend it to friends.

What I remember about the Imperial Palace was the awful plumbing. It seemed to take forever for the water to get hot. Then, the water drained so slowly that I'd have cool water up to my ankles.

The towels they provided were thin and very rough. I don't expect luxurious towels, but I think they could have been better.

I had paid extra to get a king sized bed, but when we arrived I was told we would be getting a double. When we asked if we could get a king size bed we were told that there were not available. The person that checked us in was very rude and not courteous. When we got to the room, it was musky and when we tried to turn on the television it did not work. We noticed the TV was unplugged so we plugged it in but it still did not work. We called the help desk and we were told we needed to turn a switch on to turn the television on. It was very tacky for the amount of money we paid to stay there.

I am not likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.

24 year old male with a shoestring budget, traveling for leisure

I liked that it was in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, but I did not like that it did not have a very nice looking, grand, inviting entrance way like most every other casino and hotel in the area. The buffet had good food, but not a very large selection compared to other hotels in the area.

I am not likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I liked the good location, but the hotel staff was rude on check in and tried to give us a smoking room when we had booked a non smoking room. Then, upon checking out, the hotel tried to bill us for a phone use charge regardless of whether guests used the telephone or not! We never experienced this poor and unprofessional attitude. On check in and check out, I spoke with the desk managers and they really did not care.

I am not likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.

I love the Imperial Palace hotel and I would stay there much more often if they fixed their elevators. They are so slow you can literally wait ten to fifteen minutes for a car and then there are so many people waiting that you may not even get on. Other than that, I love the whole Las Vegas feel of the place. The food is good, it is close to everything in the center of the Las Vegas Strip and it is always fun!

The hotel is nice and I will stay there again.

We always enjoy staying at the Imperial hotel due to the fact that it is a smaller hotel on the Strip. The service was not quite as nice as we have experienced in the past, although it was not terrible. I look forward to staying there in the future.

We had requested a handicapped room for my elderly mother and what we got was pretty much an ordinary room with grab bars in the bathroom. We were told too late that we should have asked for a room with a roll-in shower and by then there were no such rooms available. It would be nice if more true handicapped rooms were available.

We like this hotel because of the central location, close to all the other big hotels and we usually get really good room rates. Also there are restaurants in the hotel so if you do not want to leave the hotel, everything is there. There is a car museum in the building. Getting a rental car is easy and they take care of it for you, plus they get tickets for all the shows in town. A plus in this hotel is their doctors office in the building if you need medical attention.

I am very likely to return to the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We love the Imperial Palace hotel and we always stay there on our visits to Las Vegas. The location is wonderful, in the center of the Strip and we are always treated great when we stay there. The front desk staff is fantastic.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They went overboard to make our accommodations as comfortable as possible.
