Mediocre
First -- compared to the dump next door, the Imperial was OK, I suppose..
Second -- the staff was fairly helpful and courteous -- no complaint about that. Even cleaned up a spilled beer can we told them about in the stairwell.
Third -- now the...

We enjoyed the room, we were three and the room had two full beds and a sofa. we were on the 6th floor so we had the city view and we enjoyed that. The bathroom was also spacious and the room was clean. we also had a safe in our room. Although we were three but we were very comforfatble in the room. The people at the reception were very helpful and kind. Moreover, the hotel is within walking distance to the falls and all the attractions around. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a trip to Niagara

It looks like any other hotel from the street, just off the Clifton Hill "carny" strip, but it's not. This hotel boasts a variety of suites and rooms to suit any vacationer or for a couple getting away for their honeymoon or quick weekend. We've stayed here twice now and have never experienced any problems. In fact, the service for such a "bargain hotel" is second to none. Need another pillow? At your door within 10 minutes. Blanket? The same. The front desk always answers within 2 rings if you have a question about their services (although a binder of all services listed is provided in each room), or about the local area. We will definitely be going again and again. Everything is within walking distance, including the sites, food and shopping. Why pay full rate to be on the strip when you can pay less than half a mere 1/2 block away?

Very good value, with no obvious downside. The room was very spacious, and reasonably clean. Shower and plumbing were all ok, and so was the bedding. The location is quite nice, only a few minutes walk from the fall. Apart from builing being a bit...
