Bed Bugs and bad service!!!

28 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The bed bugs were bad. One of my sisters' bites got infected really badly. The resort staff were awful and the condo owners were rude and condescending. There is no air conditioning. The carpet was worn out and coming up to expose a tack strip, which was never fixed for us despite multiple requests. The staff will not replace towels or other necessities without charging you a fee (even for extended stays) and half the staff doesn't know anything about the lake or the resort. Overall, I'd recommend a leaky tent before Ideal Beach Resort.
