We arrived at 1:00 and went to the main office to check in. Upon arrival we had a very bad experience. First the front desk clerk told us that we could not check in before 3:00pm or it would cause a fee. Next they put a $300.00 hold on our credit card for a deposit. In the house the beds were nasty, sheets and comfort had urine and blood stains, mattress old and stained. When we called to complain we were told the place was recently cleaned. We had to wash all linen including the towels, scrub tub, sink and toilet. When ask if we could switch homes was told no. Called manager of facility he would not return phone call

This was a nice, clean condo unit. Fully equipped with all that you would have in your own home. The downfall was that the air conditioning unit did not work, however it was not too unbearable. People should know that you must drive outside the city for about 20 minutes to the main office in order to get condo info and directions to the unit. Again a small inconvenience if you know that it is part of the check-in process before hand. I would recommend this condo to anyone, it was in a great location…close to everything and also it is a relatively new development.

I booked a vacation with IPG was promised a 4 star home, when I got there the house was filthy, the front desk staff was very rude, I waited several hours to have some one come out to the home eventually after 2-hours a young lady came out and told me that I was upgraded from the home I initially booked.

Well if I was upgraded, I really would not have love to see where i would have been staying, the beds/beddings were filthy, they looked as though they weren't washed prior to our arrival, the toilets were dirty, there was hairs around the toilet bowl, the floors were mopped. just ruined out vacation, the young lady was very rude, she spent no more that 10 minutes and left, I tried several times after that to get in touch with the general manager or some one higher that the person that came out and was not that fortunate. I will never book again with this company.

Stay away. We booked an executive home with IPG. They gave us what could have been a nice home in a nice neighborhood (Cumbrian Lakes "gated" community).

The house was filthy. The floors had not been vacuumed, one member of our party stepped on a straight pin upon entering, not good since our party included a 5 month old baby. The sheets were not clean.

Upon complaining we received one set of sheets for one bed a day later. Left to our own devices we washed all the sheets, vacuumed the area of the house we were going to use, and washed all the dishes. The cleaning staff that delivered the only clean set of sheets we were to see, and said that this type of thing happened with IPG all the time. The furniture and carpets were filthy, we covered our furniture with an extra set of sheets so we wouldn't have to sit on it. The garbage from previous renters was left under and behind furniture and beds. We took photos to prove it. Even this doesn't seem to bother the IPG team.

The neighbors noted to us that although the neighborhood looked nice, four houses had been burglarized just days before we arrived. Not surprising as we asked IPG how to get a cab into the "gated" community to get to the airport and we were told "just give them the code", the whole neighborhood probably has a burglary bull’s-eye on it. We were promised a credit for the cleaning fee, the BBQ that was not made available and yet charged to our account, and as a gesture, for the crib that we reserved. To no avail. No credits as yet.

They've simply taken our money and ignored us. Look for other options and be very careful when booking a vacation home. Take the comments of other renters very seriously. Never, never book IPG.

My stay at BW-IPG Florida Vacation Homes was unbelievable. We had a comfortable five bedroom home with internet access. While the kids enjoyed the private pool, the adults all enjoyed the heated Jacuzzi. I will recommend these accommodations to anyone who wants privacy comfort and luxury.
