Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf Hotel

I loved the location, access to cable car, trolly and bus. Unfortunately, kid tours were booked at the hotel during my stay 11-14th July 2008 and the noise level in the hotel and corridors were horrific. Additionally, my toilet was clogged and plunged daily for the 4 days I was there. Finally, a maintenace man had the foresight after repeated concerns that something was really wrong with my toilet and used a snake in my toilet and found that someone had flushed a toothbrush down the toilet. This is the last time I'm ever staying in this hotel.

The hotel lobby was undergoing renovation which made it uninviting. The room type I reserved was not available at check in but when I showed my gold passport card, they magically found a comparable room. The other guests were extremely noisy partying in the hallways late at night, then starting again at the crack of dawn.

It is a very nice hotel, within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf. The room was on the small side, but the beds were very comfortable!

The room was very modern, with great pillows and a very comfortable bed. I would have preferred a bathtub, but the shower was a great one.
