Where to begin, that is really hard. This resort is just down right terrible. The service is bad. Everyone there is rude. The place looks nothing like it does in the pictures. The rooms are nothing like they describe them on their website Hyatt.com I am Vice President of a company that books for Hyatt, I used to really enjoy working there but after seeing where they send their customers, I am embarrassed to say that I work for them. I don't know how long I will be able to work with this company. Well I guess I have to stay working for them till I can find something else but as soon as I do I am out the door and they aren't getting a notice. If I don't even want to stay at Hyatt's resorts I sure don't want to tell anyone else to stay there.

The overall experience was excellent. There is a small bar in the pool area with light food that was convenient and added to relaxing at the pool. The decor is updated and pleasant. The location is a bit isolated but with a car you can go anywhere. I will definitely return.
