The hotel is in a good location, but has few amenities. The restaurant is dark and uncomfortable.

The location was great. There was a rooftop pool with a fantastic view, but not heated.

I disliked the hotel because it was noisy. And they did not provide Internet service in the room. You had to open a T-Mobile account with an Internet service provider in order to have Internet service in the room.

I am not likely to return to the Hyatt West Hollywood.
