The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both prompt and accurate. The room is typical Hawthorn, clean, well-equipped for the type of customer to which they cater. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The a/c blower is very noisy, though, and I found no way to regulate it in my room. I was so tired each day, though, that it didn't bother me, fell asleep right away. The location is very close to where I was going in the Reston Town Center, and easily accessible by car, shuttle, etc. It's just a few minutes from Dulles.

The staff was very personable. The hotel is easy to find and close to major highways and Washington Dulles airport. Herndon is a very quiet, bedroom community, so it's easy to get around and disturbances are at a minimum. The hotel's efficient long-term accommodation billing procedures enabled me to submit my business expense reports in a regular, timely manner during my four month stay. The only drawback is there is very little to walk to around the hotel and no actual restaurant in the hotel. Very few restaurants within walking distance, which is what I like at a hotel. However, the hotel has a very good happy hour with free dinner Monday through Thursday.

I was promptly greeted at front desk. They got to know me over my extended stay and greeted me by name. Always smiles from the staff.

It was somewhat expensive for a location such as this. The room I was first shown was way too hot, the air conditioning unit was not working. The second room they tried to put me in a smoking room. It was like walking into a wall of smoke. Finally they put me in a handicapped room. The wireless internet connection was extremely slow.

It was a very nice room. The only problem was with the billing. They billed the credit card the reservation was booked under instead of the card I gave them at check-in.

The suite included a kitchenette so I didn't have to go out and eat when I didn't want to.

This hotel is a nice place to stay.

The staff was awesome and very accommodating. The place was very welcoming.
