32 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
There was a problem at checkout because I plugged my laptop computer into the regular telephone line instead of the dedicated internet outlet. When I went to pay the bill upon departure, there was an enormous phone bill due to the computer use. After explaining this to the manager, they were very gracious and removed the charge from the bill. The service was second-to-none.

Had a problem with minutes used on the telephone due to a laptop computer plugged into phone outlet instead of the dedicated computer outlet. This added a huge charge to my bill at checkout, and the desk person and the manager went above and beyond and removed the charge to make sure I was happy. I go every year for the Cowboys versus Redskins game, and I will never stay anywhere but the Summerfield Suites.
They treated me with politeness when faced with a billing issue at departure
