I booked a Whirlpool Room and when I arrived we were put in a small Studio room. We complained to the front desk and they had no Whirlpool rooms open. She told us someone (one of the managers had changed our room on the computer before we arrived) she moved us to what she said was a better room but all it was was a room that slept 4. Not a Whirlpool room and doesn't make up for the romantic getaway you had planned! They had no manager on duty that night to do anything about our bill. The next morning when we checked out there still was no one that that could adjust our bill and we were charged for the whirlpool room even though we didn't stay in one. The front desk took our name and number and told us the manager would call us on Monday morning and she was 90% sure that the manager would do something about our bill. But you guessed it no phone call. I found it rather disturbing that this hotel doesn't not have anyone with any authority there on weekends. I tried to contact the hotel manager and cannot get a hold of her only can leave a message. Even emailed. So I would not trust this place. Very poorly run and you might pay for more than you get here! Also one of our windows in our room would not shut all the way so it wouldn't lock. Pay per view movies are $12.99 which I thought was kind of high.

When we got to the front desk, we had to wait ten minutes before the front desk person took care of us because he was on the phone and there wasn't another front desk employee. When we got into our room, we noticed the bed sheets were indented like somebody had been sitting on the bed recently and there was a towel lying on the floor in the bathroom. We asked to be moved to a different room, and the front desk employee was very apologetic. In the new room though, the heater was right next to the bed and through the night blew alternately hot and cold air. The water pressure of the shower was rather weak also. The best thing about our stay was that the front desk person was quite friendly and was very helpful in getting us to the Medieval Times restaurant.

They are dependable; all the Hawthorne Suites we have stayed in have been great.

They had problems with the elevator, so the maintenance person took us down the service elevator so we wouldn't be late for a show. That's going above and beyond and pleased us very much!

The personnel were very friendly at check-in and out, and the maid staff was always happy.

They have a great staff and I like their basket ball court. I also made a friend named at the front desk, who made me feel like coming back. I personally give them five stars.

The staff took care of needs you don't even realize you will have.

It's a nice place to stay in, not too fancy, not too average, a nice place for business travel. I appreciate good, expedient service and friendly staff. I don't like to be over-bothered, which the staff there does not do.
