Good Hotel, untrustworthy staff

58 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The hotel is acceptable when it comes to living conditions, however, please be advised that the management did not, in our case, backup the hotel staff in their commitment for 30 minutes extra of checkout time and we ended up paying extra half day charge.
This hotel and all Hyatt properties have lost my business forever not because of the money but because I refuse to deal with a business where the management will not support the staff.
I am not likely to return to the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Charlotte.
I would not recommend it to friends.
