41 year old woman with a economy budget

My friend booked a suite for her, her son (who goes to the Children's Hospital in Boston), and myself as her husband had to work...The suite was great!! It felt like having your own apartment...It has a whole little kitchen with dishes and pots/pans to cook...a dishwasher, stove, full fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, small table with 2 chairs, etc...The living room had a big TV and DVD player, pull-out couch, comfy chairs, etc...The bedroom had a queen or king size bed, dresser, large TV, nightstands, a large walk-in closet with mirror doors...The bathroom was personal as well...the sink and vanity were separate from the toilet and shower/tub...They offer a nice breakfast with hot and cold food every morning...While we were there they also had a couple of quick dinner items...

We stayed 2 nights and only had to buy lunch the next day...A great savings from ordering out all the time...

Plus with cleaning service...it's the best!!...Staff were great and helpful...You can do all kinds of shopping and sightseeing within a short distance of the hotel...If I could live there forever I would've!! I highly recommend staying here!! Your dollars go along way and our stay was worth every penny!! I would love to stay there again!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay!!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and this one tops my list!!!

64 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The facility and its personnel left nothing to be desired, clean, convenient, courteous, practically instantaneous response to requests. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite and couldn't have been happier. Consider buying a Charlie Card and taking the bus which stops right outside the main entrance. 45 minutes or less puts you in downtown Boston, close to or easy access to major tourist attractions, and someone else has maneuvered through the traffic and you haven't had to find a parking space. Enjoy!

54 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We stayed one night in another area 'all suites' hotel and found it dreary and not all that clean. We then stayed the next 3 nights at this Hyatt Summerfield and it is a wonderful place to stay. A breakfast buffet (with eggs, meat, potatoes, toast, bagels, cereal, juice, fruit, coffee, etc) is served for 3 hours each morning (to 9:30) and can be made 'to go'. Complimentary morning paper is nice...gorgeous pool which was cleaned & maintained daily while we were there. Comfy beds and clean rooms were excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. (We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite and one of the bedroom/bathrooms was handicap accessible). This place is highly recommended. Convenient to shopping and popular Massachusetts sites like Salem and Cape Cod. (Also, just a few miles to the train (T) for a day in Boston, very convenient. Just a note if you do drive to the train and go into Boston for the day...we discovered after parking that you must pay inside through a vending machine and need to know your parking space number in order to do so - they may tow your car otherwise. Parking was only $2.)

60 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The first room I tried had a very unpleasant smell. The second room was better, but there was a strong scent of cigarette smoke in the halls, although there were no smoking' signs posted, and some of the smell made it into the room. There was still trash in room from a previous occupant. All of the pillows in the room were stuffed with down feathers, which cause allergies in family members. The staff was very good in trying to get things right. They only had two pillows available that night that were suitable, but gave us several more the next day. Air freshening machines were put in the hall to remove the odor of cigarette smoke. These were quite effective. The staff was very good in helping us find local services, restaurants, etc. The hotel is easy to find, and in a very convenient location for our purposes. My son was very disappointed that there was no way to plug his video game system into the room TVs. There was a room near the lobby that contained several computers with free internet access. This made up, in part, for the lack of video game availability. The kitchenette facilities, and free continental breakfast were much appreciated. This room arrangement is great for families traveling with kids.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Summerfield Suites Burlington.
I might recommend it to friends.

The room was fine and the location was convenient for business. The only problem was my key card kept getting deactivated.
