Hyatt Summerfield Suites Belmont Hotel

I enjoyed my stay here very much. It has a home away from home feel with everything you need. Complimentary breakfast everyday, daily room service, complimentary hospitality in the evening (heavy appetizer, light dinner), free high speed internet, and much much more.

It gets better, the hotel just recently got bought by Hyatt and they are getting remodeled at the end of January. From what I heard, it'll have all new granite tiles, 32 inch LCD TVs, new carpeting, bedding, walls, couches, etc..etc. I stay at this property all the time and personally, I cannot wait for the renovations to be over. I know when I travel, hotel must have a fitness center. This hotel is expanding their fitness center after renovations! They will also be adding a business center to boot! Hyatt has very high brand standard and from what I hear, everything is supposed to look exquisite.

I will definitely, most definitely be returning to this property. My kids absolutely love this place...highly recommended

Unsatisfied with hotel. The room had a worn out bed, room smelled like garbage and free internet did not work. Called travel website customer support prior to checking out and was told to go ahead and check so they could process my refund. So when I call them back after following their instructions they say the need to speak with the hotel manager to process my refund. Guess what? After five calls in three days to them, they can not ever reach the manager to approve the refund.

Located right next to Oracle, the hotel was better than most that provide kitchenettes.

The surrounding area was nice for walks and enjoying the weather. There was a small workout room, but a pool and basketball court provided for more things to do. The hotel provided breakfast and a little snack before dinner, which was a nice treat as well.

The customer service was great and the members of housekeeping were extremely friendly.

It is a wonderful family selection. It was a good location for us with plenty of room and a great staff. There's a continental breakfast and happy hour which eliminates drive-time hassles and can provide networking. The availability of newspapers each morning is excellent.

This hotel made me feel respected: Every staff member, even though it was a holiday week, was polite, accommodating, and friendly.
